Welcome to Paws Butler, Inc. Your dog’s business is our business! We are dedicated to making your life as a dog owner easier.

Our hours are:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

How often do we come out?
Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available. If you would like to know more about service that is more or less often than once a week, please call us.

What happens in severe weather?
We are a year-round service. However, in the event of service-limiting weather, service may not take place on your designated day. Our company will usually work in the rain, however, a very heavy rainfall may stop us. If we miss your service because of weather, we will call you to reschedule for the next available day.

What about holidays?
We do not work the following days:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on your regular service day, we will notify you of your rescheduled day.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. However, if it is easier for you, you may provide us with a key or combination to the lock.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.

What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you will be gone on vacation, or if your dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. There will also be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond our control. HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so that you won’t be charged.

How do I pay you?
We will send an invoice in the mail at the end of each month. Payment is due by the 15th of each month. There is a $25 returned check fee, and a $5.00 late fee if payment is not post marked by 15th of the month. We accept cash on site, check, or money order as forms of payment.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No – We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, and there is no minimum service period. However, a 48 hour advance notice is required to cancel service.

Is there an extra charge for the first time?
There may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. We will discuss the extra fees with you prior to that service.

Is it possible to get a one-time only service?
Sure! One-time only, or short term service may be easily arranged.

Does Paws Butler haul away the waste?
No, and for a very good reason, CROSS CONTAMINATION! Because Paws Butler is committed to safety, we feel the healthiest, safest and most sanitary for you and your dog is to dispose of the waste the way your city or town recommends. Therefore, we will collect all of your dog’s waste, double bag it securely and dispose of it in your trash receptacle.

What does your company mean by “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED”?
We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don’t have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We’re working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service.

We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-scoop within 24 hours, or by crediting your account so you won’t be charged.

What would void the guarantee?
If your yard is overgrown with grass, leaves, other ground cover or debris, Paws Butler, Inc. reserves the right to void the guarantee.

Will my service day stay the same?
As our customer base grows we may need to change your service day. This will allow us to schedule our route more efficiently within the neighborhoods and areas we service. You will be notified if a change of service day is necessary.

Customer referral program:
Tell a friend or neighbor! Word of mouth is the best way to express your satisfaction with our service. When you refer a new customer to us you will get ONE REGULAR SERVICE DAY FREE. (Not for one-time jobs)
